Compatible with stand-up PCIe NICs and Flexible LOM (Network Daughter Cards). Supported speeds: 1GbE, 10GbE, 25GbE, and 40GbE, depending on the card. Works with NICs from Intel, Broadcom, QLogic, and Mellanox.
Do the RAID controllers support SAS, SATA, and NVMe in hardware RAID?
SAS and SATA drives are fully supported in hardware RAID. NVMe support is limited to direct connect, using PCIe extender cards, with software RAID in the R730 with hardware RAID not supported.
