We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and countries, some encryption products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to UN trade embargoes. 

At IntelligentServers.co.uk, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum spend. We primarily ship with DHL to ensure fast, reliable delivery across the UK and internationally.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are typically dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
• Additional delivery options including pre 10:30 AM, pre-12 PM, and blind shipping upon request.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part-such as receiving an incorrect or defective item - we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

All our products come with a 3-year next business day warranty within the UK, and a 2-3 working day warranty for Europe. Every piece of hardware and component is tracked by serial number through our sales tracking system.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of handing your return to the shipping carrier. In many cases, you'll receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes:

• 1 - 3 business days for the return to reach us
• 1 - 3 business days to process the return once received
• 1 business day (UK) or 2 - 3 business days (Europe) for your bank to complete the refund transaction
