Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE! We're one of the only refurbished IT hardware suppliers who offer free worldwide deliveryon all of our website orders.

How fast is delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Delivery times will depend on where you are located. Most of our UK orders arrive the next working day. Orders shipping to Europe usually take 3-4 working days, and worldwide shipping can take up to 7 days.

If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with our sales team before placing your order and we will do everything we can to get your IT hardware to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer same day, weekend, pre 10am or pre 12pm shipping options?

Yes! We fully understand that many IT hardware purchases are mission critical so we offer same day, weekend, pre 10am or pre 12pm shipping options on most of our stock for an additional fee.

Please get in touch with our exceptional sales team before placing your order to arrange special delivery options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer worldwide free shipping and have shipped to hundreds of different countries. In fact, over 25% of our orders are delivered outside of the UK.

Can I collect my order?

Of course! If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse in Harrogate, please let us know in the delivery notes when paying for your order. You should then email sales@intelligentservers.co.uk to arrange a collection time.

Please do not arrive without arranging a time as your order may not be ready for collection.

Orders

What should I do if I havn't received my order?

If you haven't received your order, please contact us with your order number and we'll do our very best to resolve the issue immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal and Sage Pay. If you're making a larger purchase or buy from us regularly, please get in touch with one of our account managers to discuss the arrangement of credit terms.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

There are a few reasons why your discount code may not work:

1. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. Check that you're only using one code.

2. Most of our discount codes are time-bound, so please check whether your code has expired.

If neither of these apply, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue.

Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to promptly pack and process your order. We aim for same-day dispatch, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please call us on 01423 223 430 immediately. As long as your item has not left the warehouse already, we will always try to accommodate any changes.

If you are unhappy with your items or no longer require them, you may send them back for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Read our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

Warranty

What warranty do I get with my hardware?

We offer an industry leading three year warranty on all IT hardware from Intelligent Servers. This includes free hardware replacement during your three-year warranty period with Next-Working-Day delivery in the UK and 1-3 day delivery for Europe. All of the hardware and components are serial number tracked using our sales tracking system so we can process warranty claims quickly.

Can I increase my warranty period?

Yes, you can! All of our hardware comes with a three year warranty but we can also create bespoke warranty options and SLAs, depending on your need. Please get in touch with one of our account managers if you need to add an extended warranty to your order.

What is classed as general wear and tear?

General wear and tear describes the breakdown of materials that occurs naturally over time such as scratches or dents. Our three year warranty does not cover wear and tear from accidents, misuse or improper care.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear this. Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to RMA@intelligentbrokerage.co.uk and we'll be in touch to arrange the delivery of a new one.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return any items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of an error on our end, we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of sending back your package, however in most cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period allows for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 business day in UK, 2-3 business days in Europe).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return. We'll respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

I can’t find what I’m looking for, can you find it for me?

It would be our pleasure! Please get in touch with our sales team if you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website. Over the past decade, we've built up a large network of trusted suppliers - which means we can source almost any IT part you need.

How do I know if a product is compatible with my system?

We try our best to answer all compatibility questions within each product description. If the information isn't there or you're still unsure, please get in touch with one of our technical sales executives on live chat, phone or email and they'll be able to answer all your product compatibility questions. 

What’s so great about refurbished IT hardware?

We're glad you asked! Refurbished IT hardware is great because you can save up to 80% on the cost of buying new. it’s also better for the environment because it reduces electronic waste and the need for raw materials. The products are as good as new - often the hardware has only been used for a few months anyway, and all our hardware is thoroughly tested before it leaves the warehouse. In fact, we think it's so good that we include a free three year warranty with every purchase!

Can I sell my used IT hardware to Intelligent Servers?

Yes, we buy thousands of used IT parts from businesses like yours every year. We buy servers, storage, networking equipment, laptops, desktops and enterprise IT components from brands including HPE, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo and Intel.

How do you ensure data is securely erased from my used storage devices?

Your data security is our number one priority. When it comes to disposing of your used IT hardware, we use the world’s most highly certified data erasure software to ensure your data is 100% erased: WipeDrive by WhiteCanyon.

WipeDrive is the only data destruction solution software that has been successfully evaluated to the EAL 2+ Standard. The EAL 2+ certification is required for use by the US Department of Defence, Department of State and Homeland Security.

Do you offer hosting services?

How can I subscribe to your mailing list?

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

All of our marketing emails include an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, which will automatically unsubscribe you from all marketing emails from IntelligentServers.co.uk and other businesses in Intelligent Brokerage group. Alternatively, please email marketing@intelligentbrokerage.co.uk with the email address you would like to unsubscribe from.

What are your opening times?

We are open from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, you can still place orders which will be processed as soon as the team is back on site. If you need to contact an Intelligent Servers account manager outside of hours, please email sales@intelligentservers.co.uk and we will get in touch as soon as possible.

How can I find out about career opportunities?

What is your privacy policy?

We never share your name, email, or contact information with anyone - ever! If you sign up to our mailing list, you can opt out at any time. When you place an order, you have the option of whether or not to sign up for our newsletter - but you certainly don't have to. Do you sell bulk items to the trade?

Yes, our parent company Intelligent Brokerage sells to the trade, shipping hundreds of blind shipments from our warehouse every year. Please email sales@intelligentbrokerage.co.uk to speak to our trade account managers.
