How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE! We're one of the only IT hardware suppliers who offer free worldwide shipping on all of our website orders! To find out more, please visit our Shipping and Returns page.

How fast is shipping?

We aim to get all orders dispatched within one working day. Where you are located will affect shipping times. Most of our UK orders arrive the next working day. Orders shipping to Europe usually take 3-4 working days and worldwide shipping can take up to 7 days. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with our sales team before placing an order and we will do all we can to get your IT hardware to you as quickly as possible!

Do you offer same day, weekend, pre 10am or pre 12pm shipping options?

Yes! We fully understand that many IT hardware purchases are mission critical and can accommodate same day, weekend, pre 10am or pre 12pm shipping options for a surcharge on most of our stock. Please get in touch with our five-star rated sales team before placing an order to arrange this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We’ve shipped to hundreds of countries worldwide and over 25% of our orders ship outside of the UK. We offer worldwide free shipping. If you would like to know more, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I collect my order?

Of course! If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse in Harrogate, please provide this information within the delivery notes when paying for your order. You can then email sales@intelligentservers.co.uk to arrange a collection time. Please do not arrive without arranging a time as your order may not be ready for collection. Our warehouse address is Unit B3A, Crimple Court, Hornbeam Square North, Harrogate, HG2 8PB.



What should I do if I havn't received my order?

On the rare occasion that you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number of we will do our very best to resolve the issue immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as accepting payment through PayPal and Sage Pay. If you are making a larger purchase, or purchase from us regularly, please get in touch with one of our account managers if you would like credit terms.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

There are a few reasons why this might be happening! Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. Most of our discount codes are time-bound, so check back to the original place you received the code to check if your code has expired. If none of these apply to the situation, please reach out to us to get that corrected!

Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us on 01423 223 430 immediately and we will always make your changes as long as the item has not already left our warehouse. If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.



What is classed as general wear and tear?

General wear and tear describes the breakdown of materials that occurs naturally over time such as scratches or dents. Our three year warranty does not cover wear and tear from accidents, misuse or improper care.

What warranty do I get with my hardware?

We offer an industry leading three year warranty on all IT hardware bought through IntelligentServers.co.uk! All of our products are covered by a three year next business day UK warranty or a 2-3 working day warranty for Europe. All of the hardware and components are serial number tracked using our sales tracking system so we can process warranty claims quickly. Can I increase my warranty period?

Yes, you can! All of our hardware comes with a three year warranty but bespoke warranty options and SLAs are available. To add this to your order, please get in touch with one of our account managers.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please send a photo to our team at RMA@intelligentbrokerage.co.uk and include your order number so we can look into getting you a new one!



What is your return policy?

You may return any items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of sending back your package, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 business day UK 2-3 business days Europe).

I can’t find what I’m looking for, can you find it for me?

It would be our pleasure! Over the past decade, we have built up a large network of trusted suppliers meaning we can source almost any IT part! Please get in touch with our sales team if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

How do I know if a product is compatible with my system?

We try our best to answer all the compatibility questions you may have about a product within the product description. If the information is not there, or you still feel unsure, please get in touch with one of our technical sales executives on live chat, phone or email and they will be able to answer all your product compatibility questions. 

What’s so great about refurbished IT hardware?

Well, aren’t we glad you asked! Refurbished IT hardware is great because you can save up to 80% compared to new and it’s great for the environment since you don’t need to mine new raw materials to create it. It’s as good as new - often the hardware has only been used for a few months and all hardware is thoroughly tested and comes backed with a three year warranty. Why wouldn’t you choose refurbished?



Can I sell my used IT hardware to Intelligent Servers?

Yes, we buy thousands of used IT parts from businesses like yours every year! We buy servers, storage, networking equipment, laptops, desktops and enterprise IT components from brands such as HPE, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo and Intel. To find out more, visit our ITAD page. How do you ensure data is securely erased from my used storage devices?

Your data security is our number one priority when it comes to disposing of your used IT hardware. We use the world’s most highly certified data erasure software, WipeDrive by WhiteCanyon to ensure your data is 100% erased. WipeDrive is the only data destruction solution software that has been successfully evaluated to the EAL 2+ Standard. The EAL 2+ certification is required for use by the US Department of Defence, Department of State and Homeland Security.

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

All of our marketing emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email which will automatically unsubscribe you from all marketing emails from IntelligentServers.co.uk and other businesses in Intelligent Brokerage group. Alternatively, please email marketing@intelligentbrokerage.co.uk with the email you would like to be unsubscribed. Please note, an account manager may still get in touch with you via email or phone if they require information about your order.

What are your opening times?

We are open from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, you can still place orders which will be processed as soon as the team is back on site.
