We’ve added a few new ways to pay at IntelligentServers.co.uk to make checkout easier for your team. Along with our usual options, you can now use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or BACS (Bank Transfer) when placing an order. It’s all about making the process smoother and giving you more flexibility in how you pay..

Card payments are processed by Opayo (formely SagePay). The fields provided in our checkout page where you enter your card details are hosted by Opayo. All transaction information passed between our site and Opayo is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. Your card details never enter our system but are sent directly to Opayo. For more information on Opayo's transaction security, you can read their security documentation here.

PayPal

When you select PayPal as a payment method for your order, you will be prompted to login via PayPal during the checkout process to confirm your payment. The PayPal button on our checkout page is hosted by Braintree who is a company of PayPal. This ensures that customers are always taken to the correct and genuine PayPal sign-in page.

Apple Pay & Google Play

Apple Pay and Google Pay are now available at checkout for users on supported devices. These fast, secure payment options let you authorise purchases your device's authentication method. Just like our other payment methods, transactions made with Apple Pay and Google Pay are encrypted and processed securely — and no payment details are stored on our systems.

Klarna

Klarna is available at checkout, giving you flexible ways to pay for your order. You can choose to pay now, in 30 days, or split the cost into manageable instalments—interest-free when paid on time. It’s a simple, secure option designed to give you more control over how you manage your budget.

Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, BACS is now available as a payment option at checkout. If you run into any issues or need assistance, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help.

Please note that stock is not reserved until we receive cleared funds. Orders unpaid after 72 hours will be cancelled.

Payment Terms

To help manage CapEx more effectively, we offer flexible monthly payment options at competitive rates through our finance partner, Monthlii. For larger orders, payment terms can also be arranged, subject to a company credit check-making bulk purchases easier to budget and more cost-efficient. For what reasons can my credit card be declined?

A credit card can be declined due to invalid credit card number, expiration date, billing address, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Please double check the number has been inputed correctly. If you believe your card should have worked, please Contact Us.
