First time buyer and am VERY impressed by the experience. After I made my purchase online their account manager Leigh contacted me via phone. In the most professional and nice manner he explained to me that I have actually ordered the wrong part once I told him what am looking for. I couldn't get this information anywhere in the DELL documentation so hats off. I rarely leave reviews, but since the AI craze started I just had to come here and say that talking to a human, especially Leigh was a great experience and I hope that no AI will replace him anytime soon!
