The HP DL380 Gen10 adaptable for diverse workloads and environments, the secure 2P 2U HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 delivers world-class performance with the right balance of expandability and scalability. This refurbished server is powered by Intel's new Scalable family of processors which includes Platinum 8100 series, Gold 6100 & 5100 series, Silver 4100 series & 3100 series Bronze processors. These new processors can have any number of cores ranging from 4 to 28. The higher number of cores you have in your configuration will provide great processing power which means you can have more containers & VMs to support different workloads all under one chassis. One or Two HPE Flexible Slot power supplies are what powers this system and they come in a variety of options, either a 500W, 800W, or 1600W power supplies with efficiencies of 94% and 96%. Flex Slot power supplies are certified for high-efficiency operation and offer multiple power output options, allowing customers to choose the power supply which is perfect for specific server configurations. This flexibility helps to reduce power waste, lower overall energy costs, and avoid "trapped" power capacity in the data centre.

Each processor which is installed in the DL380 Gen10 rack server can support 6 memory channels with 2 memory modules per channel. You can have 12 DDR4 memory modules per processor, meaning you could have a total of 24 memory modules if both processors are installed. All this means you can achieve faster performance for your system. The system supports unbuffered (UDIMM), registered (RDIMM), load-reduced (LRDIMM) and NVMe (NVDIMM) modules. The same memory must be chosen as mixing the memory modules types is not supported.

On top of those processors, using New HPE DDR4 SmartMemory also boasts data transfer rates of 2666 MT/s which is 11% faster than comparable DDR4 memory operating at 2400 MT/s.
