How to create your setup
We know getting your latest binge show in and having snacks nearby is nice, but a table and chair is a must have. Slouching over your laptop in bed might be a treat, but it can cause strain on your back, neck and eyes!
Ensure that you have a chair that provides good lumbar support, and the top of your monitor is at eye level, ideally 50cm away.
WFH can definitely be distracting! To avoid being too tempted by distractions, taking regular breaks around every 30 minutes to stretch or drinking some water is recommended.
