Day to Day Running
Our office staff including the purchasing, sales and accounts teams have been given all the tools required for them to successfully work remotely. There will always be someone to answer the phone, respond to emails, provide technical advice and take orders as usual between 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Our warehouse will be operating as normal and we are currently not experiencing any shipping delays across Europe. We are taking extra steps to ensure customers are updated if their delivery times are expected to change.
Additionally, based on recommendations by government and health agencies, all employees have been briefed on the importance of hygiene, on-site deep cleaning has been ramped up and we have protocols in place for appropriate quarantine procedures for employees showing any Flu or Cold like symptoms.
Supply Chain
We have analysed and confirmed that we hold at least 5+ parts in our current inventory for each part number that is still under warranty across all customer Sales Orders, minimising possible disruption any warranty claims. Over the past decade, we have built up a trusted network of over 3,000 stockholders across the globe including three suppliers within a 14 mile radius holding millions of pounds worth of inventory. This significantly reduces the risk of us not being able to source IT parts. We also have access to same day courier services within the UK, bypassing mainstream courier services from the likes of DHL, TNT, UPS, DPD and FedEx.
Customer Advice
We supply a wide range of customers with varying requirements, but we are recommended that if you have the facilities to do so, you should hold stock within your facilities to dilute reliance on the supply chain. We would also appreciate any visitors to our site including customers collecting orders to follow government advice such as regularly washing hands when on-site to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.
