Careers - Sales Support
Intelligent Servers Limited are one of the leading providers of refurbished enterprise IT equipment; specialising in HP, Dell and Cisco. The company has seen rapid growth over the last 5 years and has ambitious plans to expand further. We are now looking to recruit a full time ‘Sales Support’ team member to help achieve the company’s ambitious goals. You will assist the Trade sales team and management with day to day office tasks and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, resourceful and confident.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing sales support for our Trade sales team (currently a team of 4)
- Responding to customer stock enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders
- Updating pricing using our internal pricing application
- Responding to customer RMA requests
- Handling all incoming telephone enquiries
Required Skills and Experience:
- Clear, confident and effective communicator, both orally and written
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and cope with high volumes of work
- Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Ability to work in a methodical and accurate manner
- A positive attitude
- A basic knowledge or interest in IT hardware would be beneficial
- Previous office based experience would be desirable
