Product Description

The HPE StoreEver MSL2024 Tape Library is an excellent entry-level 2U Rack Mounted, Single Full Height Tape Drive Tape Library that combines ample tape storage capacity with advanced features in a compact tape autoloader. It can handle backup and recovery tasks typically managed by mid-range tape libraries and offers a compressed capacity of up to 36TB raw capcity and 90TB of compressed capacity  at a 2.5:1 compression ratio.

This refurbished HPE StoreEver MSL2024 Tape Library  provides flexibility by allowing customers to choose between LTO Ultrium tape drives and various interface options, including SCSI, SAS, or Fibre Channel.

Each library comes with two removable 12-slot magazines and a user-configurable mail slot dedicated to importing/exporting data cartridges. To streamline media management, a barcode reader is included as standard equipment.
