The HPE Alletra 6050 sits in the mid-range of HPE's Nimble-derived Alletra 6000 series - a business-critical all-NVMe array for organisations that need serious storage headroom without stepping up to the 6070. It runs a 4U dual-controller architecture with 24 NVMe drive bays, scales non-disruptively via up to two HPE Alletra 2140 All Flash expansion shelves, and reaches a maximum raw capacity of 575TB. Controller memory is 256GB per controller - double the 6030 - and the 6050 is the entry point for Storage Class Memory (SCM) cache support, which the lower models don't offer. Triple+ Parity RAID tolerates three simultaneous drive failures, and 6x9s availability is guaranteed as standard, no special contract required. HPE InfoSight predictive analytics monitors storage and VM health continuously, catching issues before they become outages. A refurbished HPE Alletra 6050 gives you all of that at a significantly lower cost of entry.
