Intelligent Servers Introduces FreshDesk: Remote Support Service

We have recently launched a new ticket system for customer support with FreshDesk! This new system will allow for our customers to browse support articles with frequently asked technical questions.

Not only this, but any customer with a 3 year warranty will be able to create a ticket for quick support from our technical team including deploying, configuring, connecting or migrating your hardware. The ticket will be answered by a specialist of that specific hardware!

Another busy day at IntelligentServers.co.uk. We've just recently built, tested and firmware upgraded a HPE 3PAR 7400c SAN Storage Array for a customer. One of our technicians logged in remotely to run the "Out of the box procedure" after the customer racked, cabled and powered up the array at their Data Centre.
